These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of free-measure-on-image.com (the "Service"), operated by Free Measure On Image ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

Free Measure On Image provides a free browser-based tool for drawing calibrated measurements — lines, areas, angles, and text — on an uploaded image, and exporting the result as an image or PDF. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

An account is optional: you can use the Service anonymously, with your image and projects staying on your own device. To save projects to the cloud and reach them from another device, you need an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Your content and measurements

You retain ownership of the images and projects you create with the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload any image you use.

Measurements produced by the Service are only as accurate as the calibration (scale) you provide and the points you place. The Service is a drawing and calculation aid, not a certified measuring instrument — do not rely on it for safety-critical, medical, legal, or other decisions where precision matters without independently verifying the results.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service's content without permission.
• Do not create multiple accounts to abuse the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Free Measure On Image or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

6. Third-party services

The Service may allow you to sign in using third-party providers, such as Google or Facebook. Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy of any measurement it produces.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Measure On Image shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including those arising from reliance on a measurement produced by the Service — arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
